Here are some additional tips to help
you:
- Have a color scheme in mind
- If you have an invitation design idea, bring it with you
- Decide if you want a theme to be carried through out your
event from your invitations to thank you cards. (leaf, daisy,
heart, etc.)
- Know how many invitations you need to send out. Remember,
usually you’ll only need to make a little over half of the total
number of people you are inviting, since most people come in
couples.
- Think of what items you’ll need. Here is a list to get you
thinking:
- invitations, programs, table numbers
- reception cards, place cards, menu cards
- reply cards, thank you cards, typesetting
- map/direction card, favors, custom rubber stamps
