Not all papers print well in all
computer printers. Here are some things you should keep in mind
when purchasing paper.
* Laser printers in general like papers with a smooth finish
(Sundance felt is not a good choice for laser printers)
* Ink jet printers in general like most papers, may need dry time
Vellums that have a pre-printed design on them usually do better
in a laser printer but we have printed many of them in our ink jet
printer. We have found that if the pre-printed design vellum is
turned over and printed on the back side it usually works without
a problem in the inkjet printer

Helpful tools/additional supplies
* 1/8” paper hole punch – this size
hole punch is good to use with most ribbon. When the ribbon fits
into the hole, you don’t see the hole and when the ribbon
is going through a smaller hole it helps to keep everything tight
which helps the paper to not shift around.
* 1/16” paper hole punch – this size
hole punch is good when using small brass fasteners. When the fastener
fits tighter in the hole, it keeps the papers that are held together
from shifting
* UHU glue sticks – good for paper-to-paper
gluing, however gluing vellum to another paper can be a challenge
because being translucent glues usually show. We usually recommend
finding another method to attach vellum. As with everything there
can be exceptions to the rule. If the vellum has some color to it
and you are gluing onto a smooth paper, it may accept the glue without
trouble and without you being able to see it. We usually recommend
a test
