  • The total delivery time for your order is comprised of two sections, the processing time and the shipping time.
  • Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.
  • Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
  • On all orders We offer Standard UPS shipping: (3 to 7 business day) in the continental U.S.A.only.

Split Shipments
We may fill the items in your order at different times, so your order may arrive in more than one box at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.

Return Policy

  • Original cash register receipt must accompany your return
  • Items without original cash register receipt are not returnable
  • Special order and items which have been cut (cord, ribbon, paper etc) are not returnable
  • Items that were purchased on clearance are not returnable
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds on purchases made by check will be held for 21 days from date on check and will be sent by mail.
  • Purchases made by a credit/debit card will be credited to that card
  • Returns may be subject to restocking charge
  • Items that have been used are not returnable.
  • Items that have been removed from the original packaging are not returnable
  • Punches and Ribbon are not returnable.
  • Recipient is responsible for the return shipping charge
  • Refund will be made in the method of payment, and it may take up to 21 days
  • Items that have been altered (cut, folded, printed, etc) will not been refunded or exchanged
  • Special orders are not returnable
  • Shipping cost are not refundable

Special Orders

  1. Expected delivery dates are always estimated and are never guaranted
  2. There are many factors that are unpredictable such as manufacturing problems, vendor's inventory, or weather over which we have no control that can delay the arrival of your order
  3. When plainning project please allow extra time for delays that are unexpected
  4. If your order does not arrive by your expected date, call us and we will do our best to check the status of your order.

  • Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front
  • We do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. Please do not send cash.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order
